Welcome to our Yoga Trainer Partnership Program. We value collaboration with skilled yoga trainers and aim to create a mutually beneficial working relationship. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and policies:
1. Partnership Overview
- We offer yoga trainers the opportunity to conduct online/offline yoga classes for our registered students.
- Trainers will receive 50% of the total fees collected from the students they are assigned to teach.
- Payments will be processed monthly, based on the number of active students taught.
2. Trainer Requirements
- All trainers must provide accurate personal and professional details during registration.
- Only certified or experienced yoga trainers may join our platform.
- Trainers must maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and a respectful attitude toward all students.
3. Video Submission Policy
- Every trainer is required to submit two (2) yoga videos per week based on their area of expertise (e.g., face yoga, weight loss yoga, general fitness yoga, prenatal yoga, etc.).
- Videos must be original content and not copied from any other source.
- Videos should be clear, well-lit, and recorded in a professional manner.
- Rights to the videos will belong to the company for promotional, training, and educational purposes.
4. Payment Terms
- Trainers will receive 50% of the total student fees they are assigned to teach.
- Payment will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed payment methods.
- Payments will be processed within 7 working days of the month-end.
5. Performance & Continuation
- Trainers must maintain a high standard of teaching and ensure student satisfaction.
- Failure to submit weekly videos or maintain teaching quality may result in a pause or termination of the partnership.
- Regular performance reviews will be conducted.
6. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate the partnership if:
- The trainer fails to comply with the terms.
- The trainer repeatedly misses classes without notice.
- The trainer fails to submit required videos.
- Any unethical, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior occurs.
7. Agreement & Acceptance
By joining our program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all terms and policies mentioned above.
