Refund Policy

We always strive to offer the best quality of services/products for our community. All the Services/Products we offer are non-refundable due to various reasons.

However, if anyone is not satisfied with what they have received, we can provide a refund of the amount, if intimated through info.yogiva@gmail.com or our customer care Whatsapp number +918392833603 within 3 days from the date of delivery. This refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the time you notify us.

Replacement Policy

The service is eligible for extension/refund only in an unlikely event of unsatisfactory service. Send us an email at info.yogiva@gmail.com to request for a service extension/refund.

This policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the day you received the service, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement/extension.
