How yoga helps

Daily movement, steadier sugar

Being active most days is one of the best-known ways to support blood sugar control. Yoga makes that habit easier to keep.

Uses insulin better

Regular movement helps your muscles use insulin and glucose better.

Weight support

Active routines and healthier habits support gradual weight loss.

Lower stress

Stress raises blood sugar. Breathing and relaxation help you stay calm.

Heart health

Gentle activity supports blood pressure and circulation.

Better sleep

Good sleep helps your body manage blood sugar.

Ask on WhatsApp
Can yoga reverse diabetes?

Yoga cannot cure diabetes. Regular activity, healthy food, weight loss and medical care together can improve blood sugar, and some people with type 2 diabetes reduce medicine with their doctor’s guidance.

Is it safe if I take insulin?

Usually yes, with care. Tell your trainer, keep a sugar source nearby, and check with your doctor about timing your meals and medicine around class.

Can older adults join?

Yes. Poses have chair and supported options, and your trainer adapts the class.

I have diabetic foot or eye problems. Can I join?

Please ask your doctor first and choose a personal plan so your trainer can avoid unsuitable poses.

When is the best time to practise?

Any batch you can attend most days. Consistency matters more than the time of day.
