  • Face Yoga classes
  • Yoga & meditation sessions
  • Personal/Group online & offline classes
  • Wellness consultation and related support

We may modify, add, or discontinue services without prior notice.

3. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • When booking or registering, you must provide accurate personal and contact details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and booking details.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your sharing of account information.

4. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All payments must be completed before accessing paid classes.
  • Fees for classes, subscriptions, and programs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only if:
    • Yogiva cancels the session.
    • Technical issues arise from Yogiva’s end
  • Missed classes cannot be refunded.
  • Subscription plans auto-expire on the scheduled date and do not auto-renew.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

  • Yoga/Face Yoga involves physical movement.
  • By participating, you confirm you are medically fit and understand the risks involved.
  • If you have health concerns (including pregnancy, surgery, injuries, chronic conditions), consult a doctor before joining.
  • Yogiva, its trainers, and team are not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or medical issues arising from participation.
  • You participate at your own risk.

6. CLASS CONDUCT & GUIDELINES

  • Join live classes on time for the best experience.
  • Do not share meeting links/videos with others.
  • Yogiva may remove participants who misuse the platform or disrupt sessions.
  • Recording or distributing class videos is not permitted.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Yogiva — including:

  • Videos
  • Class recordings
  • Text
  • Images
  • Logo
  • Website design
  • Training materials

— is the sole property of Yogiva.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Re-upload
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • Modify
    any content without written approval.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law:

  • Yogiva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Yogiva’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the class or service.
  • We are not liable for network issues, device problems, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc.).
